What Did We Choose?

June 2019. When I joined the Stanford Spine Center as a spine surgeon, my heart was full of passion for spinal care.I worked there for three years, until Christmas 2022. At San Francisco Airport, I suddenly noticed my father's hunched back.

He refused the hospital's long-term treatment plan — and the rehabilitation braces we already had. Like many of my patients, he saw them as too cold, too "clinical."

Was going home the only way to take care of him? In that moment of uncertainty, I began redesigning the rehabilitation braces — keeping the same professional support, but wrapping it in softer fabrics and an everyday look. Not "treatment." Just "life."

One Saturday afternoon, I came home and found my father in the kitchen preparing dinner. He was wearing the brace I had made for him, his back perfectly straight. He didn't even notice I was watching him.

In that moment, he looked just like the father from my childhood memories — upright, the man who held our whole family together.

Seeing him choose to wear it on his own — that was when I found my path.

June 2023. I left Stanford and founded Enthra, with one mission: to bring professional support into everyday life.

I started for my father. But today, together with my team, I move forward for the millions who struggle to balance work and recovery every day.

We've brought that belief into more moments of everyday life — sports, pregnancy, long workdays, or simple daily protection. We hope professional support and care can stay with people through every stage of life.

Stand tall with us, with Enthra, in every step.

OUR VISION

A World Where No One Has to Choose Between Living and Healing

For too long, support has lived apart from everyday life — confined to clinics, recovery rooms, and moments of rest. But people still need to work, move, care for others, and keep living, even when pain is present.

At Enthra, we believe support should move with life, not interrupt it.

Our vision is a world where recovery is continuous, care is seamless, and no one has to choose between living and healing.
